As you know we get our vitamins and minerals through the fruits, vegetables and grains that we eat. Here’s a question: Where do the fruit, vegetables and grains get their nutrients from? Answer: The soil in which they grow. Unfortunately, hundreds of years of commercial farming have depleted the soil of minerals and trace nutrients. What does this mean to us? Well, two things really. #1:The fruit, vegetables and cereals which should form the bulk of our diet is depleted in the vital nutrients that we need to be healthy. #2: We need to supplement our diet with quality whole food supplementation in order to maintain our health.
